We use a modern Helpdesk System to analyze, handle and trace your support cases. If you
want, you are able to track the current status of the calls via Internet. Our customers that are respectively authorized can access this area that is permanently extended and that constitutes your personal connection to our Support.

As HYDRA user, we additionally offer you:

  • Support in case of problems with databases by our employees or trading partners
